Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling - all rescheduling requests will be accepted and FREE of charge providing a notice is given at least 48hr before a meeting.
A new meeting needs to be scheduled within the next 7 days, provided there is availability in the booking system.
For emergency rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, please contact as soon as you can. We will do anything to help you find a new, suitable time to meet.
Rescheduling - with less than 24 hours' notice - in circumstances that your rescheduling is less than 24hr before a meeting we have a right to cancel the meeting and charge a cancellation fee should the void meeting caused in our opinion disruption or losses to our business.
Cancellations - with 48 hours' notice - every cancellation inquires 10£ non-refundable processing fee providing 48hr notice is given.

Cancellations - with less than 48 hours' notice - or Missed Meetings
For a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or a missed meeting, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service fee.

All types of refunds will be made within 5 days.

Please note: All our consultations require us to review and prepare information before a meeting, so we start our work for you before we even meet. This means that we need to strictly adhere to our Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy to run and operate our business. Thank you for your understanding!

For all cancellations and rescheduling requests, please send us an email and follow up with a call to our emergency number, which is in your booking confirmation email.

Our Right to Cancel
A full refund will be provided within 5 days should we need to exercise our right to cancel any service after an automatic booking is made or right before performing any service agreed, should there be a valid reason for such cancellation. Our right to cancel a service with or without notice is exercised where there are valid grounds to do so. Valid grounds may include: not enough information sent to us at the booking stage to perform a service booked; unreasonable expectations in relation to a service booked that cannot be achieved during a consultation meeting; safety reasons or a risk of loss if a service takes place or continues for even a short period of time; a request for a service that is in contradiction with a professional conduct.
A client will be informed of a cancellation as soon as possible after the reason for the cancellation is known to us. In rear circumstances, we may excess their right not disclose a reason for cancellation to maintain professional conduct.
We apologise for any cancellations, and all care will be taken to find a solution to avoid any cancellations, for example by offering a different type of service that is more in line with a Client's brief and request.

1. The Client will provide all information required in the pre-booking form submission. The Client confirms that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge.
2. The company may request clarification or request more information prior to the meeting, should this information be necessary to carry out a consultation.
3. Please note that we are not providing architectural, financial or legal advice in relation to subjects discussed.
4. Any costs and any professional fees mentioned during the consultation will be broad estimates and are exclusive of VAT.
6. The paid fees for a consultation are strictly for our meeting time only to discuss your questions and potential solutions.
7. The fee does not include any services before or after the meeting.
8. We will have no ongoing responsibilities after a consultation.
11. The copyright in all designs, drawings, diagrams, reports, models, specifications, bills of quantities, calculations, and any other documents prepared by us ("the Documents") remain vested in us.
12. By undertaking the In Person Visit or the Video Consultation or other service booked through the www.qalitv.com website, we are not responsible for monitoring, coordinating and/or supervising any other parties previously engaged for either a project, task or a consultation in any way.
13. Gift Cards need to be redeemed within 2 months from the date of purchase towards services which can be booked via www.qalitv.com website at the time of booking a service chosen.
14. Please note We may from time to time amend, suspend, or discontinue services offered on www.qalitv.com.
